In Western Sydney our range is set up for both holidays and to be your medium term, home away from home. Meet MARK - founder & director OF INFIGO STAYS.
Mark Smith has been in the short term rental industry since 2016 when he purchased his first holiday rental on Mt. Canobolas, near Orange NSW.
Since then Airbnb has promoted Mark to be a brand Ambassador as well as the Community Leader for all of Central Western NSW, Mark leads a group of about 143 hosts* from Orange, Dubbo, Mudgee, Bathurst, Dubbo and beyond.
To say Mark's passionate about the houses and guests (and hospitality in general) the Infigo Stays team take care of is an understatement.
Having been a Property Investor and Development Manager since 2001, over twenty years, Mark doesn't just talk the talk, he walks the walk. Prior to this Mark was a consultant with Knight Frank and early in his career Mark worked in Travel from about the age of 16. Now Mark has a Law Degree and an MBA, thus Mark knows what it takes to run short term rentals so guests love their experience and owners and investors are financially rewarded for their trust in Infigo Stays.
As the co-owner of property services and another financial services company (holding an AFSL and Credit License based in Western Sydney) Mark is intimately acquainted with the financial markets and short term rental holiday market in Regional NSW including Orange he lives some of the time in the lower Blue Mountains and does business everyday in Western Sydney - ideal to support the Infigo Stays business.

MEET MELISSA - FOUNDER & PARTNER OF INFIGO STAYS.
Melissa (no relation to Mark) is a passionate and successful business woman and leading figure in Western Sydney and Orange.
Melissa and her young family founded a high growth property services company, MEAS Central Services Pty Ltd (MEAS) based in Orange during covid following a lengthy career in the NSW Police.
MEAS partners with Mark, Infigo and Snowgums BNB Management Pty Ltd to deliver some of the many services that Infigo & Snowgums BNB hosts require with its young, dynamic and growing team currently numbering between 20-30 (but looking to expand further).
Melissa started life in Schofields in Western Sydney spending the first few decades of her life there before Police transfers to Western and now Central NSW before entering private business at MEAS and Infigo.

We list your property
We photograph your property when it's ready to list, and list it on our our own direct website platform plus Superhost / 5 star Airbnb & VRBO/Stayz profile.
As top rated Superhosts, your property will receive the attention it requires to achieve a high rate of views and bookings.
Step 3
We manage your property
During your guests stay, we fully manage your property. We have our own team of cleaners, maintenance people (plumbers, roofers, painters, electricians), grounds keepers, linen suppliers and more (on our books) to help make your guests stay a dream!*
Repairs, cleaning, inquiries - we handle it all so you can relax while your guests are fully taken care of and supply you with a convenient written invoice and annual tax statement.
* access to cleaners can be very difficult at present, we guarantee you and your property will be cleaned in priority to non-hosted properties.
